Phone help

 Unexpectedly, I’m helping my daughter with a health problem. I sat in a waiting room listening first to a meditation, then video recording of sounds of the sea, then randomly came across a quote I’d saved encouraging me. Sometimes I help myself. Sometimes the universe/ spirit/ God/ angels helps me.
